  This structure was determined using x-ray diffraction by I. Korndoerfer, B. Steipe, R. Huber, A. Tomschy, and R. Jaenicke.   The coordinates have PDB ID 1hgd. The biological tetramer was created from the two subunits in this file using the matrix provided. The glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate on subunit 1 was added from PDB ID 1dc4, replacing the two sulfate ions in this subunit. The other sulfates were coverted to phosphates by editing the file.
